She was fantastic, even though I didn't understand any of the process in the beginning and asked to explain every little thing over and over. I also really liked how fast she responded to any text that I sent her and if she didn't know something off the top of her head she went out of her way to get me a clear answer.

From the first time we met Jennifer, we knew we had a wonderful agent. Jennifer was very professional, considerate, knowledgeable and made us feel important.
