Meet Jennifer Walton

I was born and raised in Schuylkill County.  I met my husband at Shippensburg University where we both studied environmental science.  After college, we spent several fun-filled years living in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, enjoying the Cajun culture.  When our daughter was born, we returned to Schuylkill County to be close to family and raise her in a small-town community.  My work experience includes several years as an Air Quality Scientist working for the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality followed by a few years as an Account Manager for a clothing manufacturing company.  After that, I earned my MBA from Alvernia University and began my real estate career.  I became a REALTOR® to assist friends, family and clients with their real estate needs and share the wonderful opportunities that Schuylkill, Berks and the nearby counties offer.

Working in the science and manufacturing industries and earning my MBA allowed me to develop my investigative, finance and project management skills while also elevating my detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset. Being accountable for managing the transaction of a real estate sale is critical in my work as a REALTOR®.  It is not a job that I take lightly. Having the background experience in these fields has helped me be better prepared for my clients and provide them with a higher level of service.

I’ve been in real estate since 2016 and have loved helping people realize their real estate dreams. The sincere joy that buyers feel when purchasing a home that they love and the look of excited relief that sellers get when they close a chapter in their life is unbeatable.
