Tara was great to work with on selling my father's home . She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. She was very organized and prompt with communication, advertising and sending me show times of the house . She was able to sell our house in less than a week and got us better than the asking price . All worked great. She did the work great and would recommend her. Her local knowledge and responsiveness is spectacular. From our initial meeting through the house pics and closing she was always proactive and willing to listen to our concerns. The professionalism with her support is unparalleled. Tara was great to work with. I interviewed three different realtors before I found Tara. I wasn't happy with the valuation estimates that the prior agents recommended, and I didn't feel like these agents listened to me when I explained the goals I wanted to accomplish with the sale of my home. I looked up recent sales in my neighborhood and saw that Tara sold a home in my neighborhood at an impressive price. I met with Tara, and I felt like she listened to my goals and understood how to work towards accomplishing those goals. She also provided an aggressive list price that I felt was much more accurate than previous realtors recommended. Tara helped me navigate some challenges throughout the process, and we ended up selling the house at a great price. I would highly recommend Tara to anyone looking to sell their home.
