Tara was great to work with on selling my father's home . She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. She was very organized and prompt with communication, advertising and sending me show times of the house . She was able to sell our house in less than a week and got us better than the asking price . I highly recommend Tara Romig and her team .

I cannot recommend Jennifer enough. She helped us purchase the second home we looked at. I think she would agree that our path to purchasing the home was anything but smooth, except when it came to her. She is a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, accessible for any and all questions, held our hands when we were nervous, and went out of her way to advocate for us. She is a complete professional with a genuine personable demeanor. She even recommended a veterinarian for our dog! We could not have gotten the deal without her. Jen - you rock!

All worked great. She did the work great and would recommend her. Her local knowledge and responsiveness is spectacular. From our initial meeting through the house pics and closing she was always proactive and willing to listen to our concerns. The professionalism with her support is unparalleled. Her mature foresight and judgement in all matters throughout the process is unparrelled. I highly recommend that sellers and buyers should contact her and utilize her vast knowledge of the process and area which really played a key role during one of the largest events one takes in their life. Outstanding experience. From the start, Tara was very accommodating and helpful with the sale of my parent's townhome. She made visits to a rehab center, provided clear suggestions on how to market the property, and kept us updated with constant, clear communications. Overall, it was a great experience and Tara made a difficult task easy for us.
