Tara was a true asset in both the attainment of our forever home and navigating the sales process for our prior home. We came to Tara with a list of wants that we thought were all but unattainable in our target zone. With her professionalism and wealth of connections in the area, we were able to locate our dream home that had even more than we could have envisioned. Her dedication exceeded just walking us through the real estate transaction. Tara assisted in negotiating the purchase of pieces that were significant to the home and developing a mutual agreeable timeline. She and her team did this all while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Tara was readily available for texts and calls at varying times and all days of the week. We can't thank her enough for her role in creating mutually delighted parties.
