Quick and easy transaction. Very helpful getting details worked out as I was not in the home's area. Would recommend. Provided local contacts for minor repairs and cleaning. Stayed in contact with me throughout the process.

Jennifer was extraordinarily helpful in our recent transaction. She had shown us several properties and we ultimately purchased from an individual who didn't utilize a realtor or a more traditional type of transaction that we were accustomed to. She represented us through negotiations and all the paperwork and coordination required with the seller and was uber responsive along the way. We could not have navigated this whole process without her. Plus we are not from the area, so Jennifer's knowledge of the area was impressive. Tara did a thorough pre-listing walk through of our home. She got to know us on a personal level which made us feel comfortable with her listing our home. She employed a professional photographer who did an excellent job. When it came time to choose an offer she provided a spreadsheet with all the information and walked us through each offer. She remained in contact with us during the time the home was under contract and even assisted us with some bank issues we had after closing. We are very pleased with the services Tara provided us. Our home sold in less than a week and above asking price. We would not hesitate to recommend or use Tara's services in the future.
