Professional, Knowledgeable, and Effective! Tara and her team handled the sale of a family home for us. Tara had valuable information and advice on pricing for the market and preparing the house for sale. The marketing efforts of her team were effective. Tara assisted with everything necessary through the actual settlement and was super responsive to everything we needed. My wife is a broker in a different market and so we are very familiar with the range of services out there and Tara was top notch.

Untraditional sale amazing agent. Tara was honestly great in a very untraditional type of sale. My husband and I sold our house as part of a corporate relocation program. Essentially what that means, is our agency hired a third party company to help us sell our home prior to us moving to a new state. It was supposed to be a simple process, it wasn't. But Tara was amazing. Not only did she stick with us through countless set backs, but so did our buyer. I can't begin to express how many times we had to ask Tara for help dealing with the third party agency hired to "help us." She never failed us. She was always super responsive even at odd hours. She was kind and curtious and gave excellent advice. The photographer she hired to take photos was equally amazing. We had a lot of showings in a short period time and ended up with multiple offers in just four days. Her dedication was truly amazing. Thank you so much for all your help Tara! We will recommend you to everyone we know and if we are ever back that way, you will be our first call.
