Jennifer has been nothing short of a amazing! We had a clear image of what we wanted in our future home and we knew it could take some time to find it. We loved that Jennifer never pushed us to make rash decisions or make us feel like we had to settle for something we didn't love. She put us in the database so that we got informed of any new house in the market and they were filtered to what we were looking for. Anytime we messaged her with questions or wanted to look at a property she answered almost immediately. We were able to look at the properties right away, which is so important in this type of real estate market! She's easy to talk to, always cheerful and optimistic, and really took so much of the stress out of home shopping. Our family is so happy we had a realtor that is so good at her job! We now have the perfect house for our family and it's all thanks to her!

Tara was great to work with. I interviewed three different realtors before I found Tara. I wasn't happy with the valuation estimates that the prior agents recommended, and I didn't feel like these agents listened to me when I explained the goals I wanted to accomplish with the sale of my home. I looked up recent sales in my neighborhood and saw that Tara sold a home in my neighborhood at an impressive price. I met with Tara, and I felt like she listened to my goals and understood how to work towards accomplishing those goals. She also provided an aggressive list price that I felt was much more accurate than previous realtors recommended. Tara helped me navigate some challenges throughout the process, and we ended up selling the house at a great price. I would highly recommend Tara to anyone looking to sell their home.
