Tara is extremely professional and very competent as a real estate agent. She handled our transaction with the utmost efficiency and care, very detail oriented. There was no pressure- she made the entire experience seamless and attended to every detail in a most pleasant manner. Selling the forever home we built and lived in for 23 years was not an easy thing to do- Tara helped us through this difficult transition. The buyers she brought were most congenial and everyone was happy with the results. We would recommend her to anyone thinking of selling or buying a home.

What can I say other than outstanding in every way. I live abroad in Asia and am in the process of relocating to Pennsylvania. Jen was fantastic in every way in dealing with a 12-hour time difference. She was responsive, gave great advice, did home showings via Facetime in areas 2+ hours away from her office. She was available all hours of the day to answer any questions we had. We literally did the entire process (locating, viewing, preparing for closing) except for closing, virtually. She made the process seamless and handled all the details. She made us feel very comfortable with each decision and applied her expertise throughout the process. I sincerely believe I would not own the home I have without her help. Buying a house without seeing it in person until the day before closing, requires someone you can trust, and will look out for your best interest. Jen Walton is that person. I could not think of a better professional to help you through your home buying needs. Highly Recommended! Thanks again!

Tara did a wonderful job completing the transaction of a family home. Listed the home on a Tuesday and chose one of multiple offers and signed off on it that Friday above the selling price! Even completed closing within 30 days! She was professional, detailed, and offered us the suggestions that made the sale advance quickly and smoothly. NO hassles and a pleasure to work with! Will definitely ask Tara and her team to assist us in any other real estate transactions that arise!
