Tara did a thorough pre-listing walk through of our home. She got to know us on a personal level which made us feel comfortable with her listing our home. She employed a professional photographer who did an excellent job. When it came time to choose an offer she provided a spreadsheet with all the information and walked us through each offer. She remained in contact with us during the time the home was under contract and even assisted us with some bank issues we had after closing. We are very pleased with the services Tara provided us. Our home sold in less than a week and above asking price. We would not hesitate to recommend or use Tara's services in the future.
