Tara was helpful with giving us an honest opinion of what listing price would be best based on the current market and area that our home was located. We listed our home twice and the second time we placed it on the market, we received an offer, which we accepted, within 4 days. She was very thorough and answered all of our questions fairly quickly. Thank you for all your help with making this transition go so smoothly!

Tara was completely wonderful while helping us to purchase our new home. We relocated to Pennsylvania from South Carolina and didn't have a lot of time to see houses and make a decision. Tara immediately made room for us on her schedule and showed us a wide range of houses in a very short period of time. We felt that Tara was representing our best interest at all times. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
