Tara is a great realtor to work with, far exceeding my expectations. First she helped me find a terrific house in my price range - she really knows the market. Then came a very problematic closing. Tara guided me every step of the way, providing excellent advice, remaining patient and accessible. She was a pleasure to work with, and thoroughly knows the transactional side of the real estate business. Without any hesitation I would highly recommend Tara.

I work with Tara regularly, both as settlement agent and as an attorney who refers clients to her when they find themselves in need of a realtor. Because of the nature of my relationship with Tara, I'm unable to evaluate her on Negotiation, so I gave her an average rating (although I'd be willing to bet that she is a better than "average" negotiator). Working with Tara is always a pleasure. She's a hard worker whose local knowledge is unsurpassed. A consummate professional.

I was referred to Tara when I started searching for a home to purchase in Schuylkill Co. We found one and made an offer that was accepted. Tara was helpful in the negotiating and provided all the info i needed. The seller then got cold feet and backed out of the deal. Tara then introduced me to a builder who was building in the area. We agreed to build a custom home, which went to completion and I'm now residing in. Tara was very helpful in that process and even helped with reviewing the design of the home to make sure it's resale value would be maximized. She was also very helpful navigating the mortgage process.

Tara was amazing in helping me find a home. I was thinking about moving out of my area & closer to work. Tara ran out of the county to show me homes. I was so impressed by her, I can't say enough! We finally found me a home right in my back yard! She helped every step of the way! Tara enjoys helping people find a home, that's what makes her good at her job. She is willing to listen & learn about you & what you want & need. I had bad experiences with other realtors but Tara was such a pleasure to work with--the best!!

Tara is a wonderful and energetic real estate professional. She presented a number of options for me to view in my price range and was very quick to hone in on my priorities in a new home. She has a thorough knowledge of the local area with everything from schools to banking to restaurants to shopping. We encountered several roadblocks during my home purchase (thanks to the seller of the home I bought) but Tara quickly got to the bottom of the issues and helped me sail through closing. One of Tara's strongest qualities is her availability and her quick responses to phone calls and e-mails. She never seems to rest! I would highly recommend Tara for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
