Jennifer, was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process, available whenever needed for questions or concerns on our part. Jennifer made the selling of our home seamless without issues, she kept us up to date on comments that were made by visitors and was very up front and honest. I would recommend using Jennifer and the BSH team to anyone.

I lived an hour away from the home that I listed with Tara. It needed several repairs and she arranged to have both a plumber and electrician do the repairs at a very reasonable rate. She also negotiated with the buyer to get the best price for the home.

Jennifer Walton is truly the best!!! Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and gives immediate and reliable service. She is positive, outgoing, and upbeat. I am recommending her to all of my friends either looking to buy or sell a home. Jennifer and I had a realtor and client relationship as well as a friend that I will have forever relationship. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and provides her clients hope, concern, and makes a person feel good. She knows how to take charge of a sale and see it through all the way to the very end. Tara was great. She approached the sale of my home like it was a priority for her. Tara had a marketing plan that was aggressive, and I received regular communication and status updates from her, as well as a weekly report on how the listing was performing online. She was responsive to my calls and texts, and the results were that the home sale was closed in less than 30 days of listing. My only regret is not hiring Tara from the beginning. She was dynamite. I wasted 6 months with an agent who made what seemed like zero effort, had no marketing plan and didn't return calls for weeks. He was a total dud from another agency. Tara Romig, on the other hand, was dynamite! Highly recommended.

Tara is the best! Don't even think about using another realtor! I have purchased seven houses over the years. Tara is the finest realtor with whom I have ever worked. She knows the area and housing stock, helped us find the perfect house, and guided us through the purchase. But wait, there's more. She facilitated the contractors needed to make repairs based on the home inspection, worked with the seller's agent throughout the process, found us a place to stay for the week prior to settlement, and even connected us with people to provide various services. Tara is focused on relationships, not simply on transactions. She has welcomed us to the community. I recommend her to everyone looking to buy or sell a home in our area. You will find that working with Tara is like working with a trusted friend. She is the best!

Tara went above and beyond in our search to purchase an investment rental unit. She had the answers to our many questions at the ready, and if she did not, she found the answer and quickly got back to us. The properties that we were interested in were older but with with character, and Tara had the expertise to guide us through what these older homes have and need to bring them up to date. Tara was very patient, as it took us many showings to settle on the place that fit our needs. We would highly recommend her.
