It will be hard to keep this short because of all the praise we give Jennifer Walton and her team. Jennifer was our realtor this Spring as we sold our beloved family home. First, we have to mention her comprehensive knowledge of the area, the quickly changing market, and real estate in general. Initially, we were hesitant to start the process. She made sure that we were comfortable with each decision and was always available and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She truly went out of her way to explain what to expect at every step. She provided seemingly to-the-minute updates without us having to reach out or request them. During the sale we have also been looking to purchase another home. Jennifer has gone above and beyond to match us with a home and even remembers individual preferences we have shared with her. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She has worked exhaustively to ensure we had the best, most individualized experience possible. We are so appreciative of how meticulous, thoughtful, assertive, and most important to our family - approachable - she has been. We are excited to continue to work with her as we search for our next home. We truly cannot recommend Jennifer Walton and her team enough.

What can I say other than outstanding in every way. I live abroad in Asia and am in the process of relocating to Pennsylvania. Jen was fantastic in every way in dealing with a 12-hour time difference. She was responsive, gave great advice, did home showings via Facetime in areas 2+ hours away from her office. She was available all hours of the day to answer any questions we had. We literally did the entire process (locating, viewing, preparing for closing) except for closing, virtually. She made the process seamless and handled all the details. She made us feel very comfortable with each decision and applied her expertise throughout the process. I sincerely believe I would not own the home I have without her help. Buying a house without seeing it in person until the day before closing, requires someone you can trust, and will look out for your best interest. Jen Walton is that person. I could not think of a better professional to help you through your home buying needs. Highly Recommended! Thanks again!

The entire process was darn near flawless. The purchase and closing was even more outstanding given it took place while my wife and I were over 900 miles away. I honestly didn't think this transaction was even possible. Also , Jennifer referred us to inspectors, Insurance Agents, lenders and handymen who also were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Could not have done this if not for her experience within the industry. Would refer Jennifer to anyone looking for a home.

Jen helped us look at several houses until we finally found our new lifelong home. She was there to answer any questions. She also helped list our last property and it was off the market in 7 days! Very knowledgeable and very professional!!
